This is one of the interactive wands sold exclusively at Universal Studios (it can be used in the Harry Potter world at the parks). I have only seen one other listing for it, so I am assuming it is quite rare. The wand originally belonged to Seraphina Picquery from Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. It was only used a couple times, and has been kept in pristine condition. This NOT one of the “Prop” wands from Amazon, it actually works at the parks.
